Job Description:
Assist in planning and executing marketing projects, including product launches, campaigns, and events.
Coordinate with internal teams (PR, digital, design, sales) and external vendors/agencies to ensure smooth project delivery.
Track project timelines, deliverables, and budgets; follow up on action items and deadlines.
Support preparation of project materials such as briefs, timelines, reports, and presentations.
Monitor campaign execution and collect post-campaign results for analysis. Handle daily operational tasks to ensure marketing projects run efficiently.
Job Requirements:
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Strong execution and project coordination skills; detail-oriented and well-organized.
Good communication skills in both written and spoken English; Mandarin is a plus.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under tight timelines.
Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace (Excel, PPT, Docs).
Previous internship or project experience in marketing is a plus.
