Marketing Project Manager

Magnon Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee digital and creative projects. As a Project Manager, you'll ensure timely, within-budget, and high-quality project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (design, development, QA).
• Identify and mitigate project risks.
• Manage project scope, schedule, and resources.
• Coordinate with developers, designers, and QA engineers.
• Ensure project deliverables meet client expectations and team members know project goals, timelines, and expectations.
• Communicate project progress, timelines, and budgets to clients.
• Manage client expectations, concerns, and feedback.
• Foster strong client relationships.
• Implement process improvements to enhance quality.

Requirements:

• 3-6 years of project management experience in digital and creative projects.
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to client satisfaction.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in project management tools (Asana, Trello, Basecamp, MS Project).
• Knowledge of design principles, user experience, and accessibility.
• Experience with team management, leadership, and mentoring.

Location: Bangkok, Thailand.

Budget: THB 25,000 per month.

Fluent in speaking, writing, and reading the Thai language.

Must have a valid visa to work/residence in Thailand.
