You'll lead end-to-end marketing projects — digital campaigns, product launches, events, and strategic partnerships — coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver on time, on budget, and on brand. This is a high-impact role with direct visibility to senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Leadership: Lead and manage end-to-end marketing projects, including digital campaigns, product launches, events, and strategic partnerships. Ensure timely and budget-conscious project delivery.
- Team Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to align goals, allocate resources, and drive execution across cross-functional teams.
- Strategic Planning: Develop detailed project plans outlining objectives, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. Monitor and adjust project scope and schedules to meet evolving business needs.
- Performance Analysis: Track and report on project performance, including timelines, budgets, KPIs, and outcomes. Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Problem Solving: Identify project risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies. Resolve team conflicts and project issues efficiently.
- Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring project alignment and expectation management.
- Tools & Technology: Use project management tools (e.g., Jira) to streamline workflows, monitor progress, and optimize team collaboration.
- Marketing Expertise: Apply marketing best practices to align project objectives with the company's brand strategy and marketing goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- 2–3 years proven experience in marketing project management
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Experience using Jira or similar project management tools (highly advantageous)
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and comfort working under pressure
- Good understanding of current marketing trends, digital campaigns, and brand strategy
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken
