Position Overview:
Lead market research projects, design and control survey quality, work with research agencies, and analyze data to deliver actionable consumer and automotive insights for business decisions.
Job Scope & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end market research projects, including study design, execution, analysis, and reporting
- Design, review, and control the quality of survey questionnaires to ensure clarity, relevance, and research validity
- Work closely with external research agencies on research methodology, sampling, fieldwork, timelines, and deliverables
- Monitor and ensure data quality throughout the research process (questionnaire logic, response consistency, bias control)
- Analyze quantitative and qualitative data, synthesize findings, and translate data into actionable customer and market insights
- Develop clear, insightful reports and presentations tailored for business stakeholders
- Provide consumer insight and market intelligence, with a strong focus on Automotive and consumer behavior trends
- Support strategic decision-making by identifying opportunities, risks, and growth drivers based on research findings
- Stay up to date with market trends, industry developments, and new research methodologies
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in market research, consumer insight, or related fields
- Strong hands-on experience in questionnaire design, survey quality control, and data analysis
- Proven experience working with market research agencies (local and/or international)
- Solid understanding of quantitative and qualitative research methodologies
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into meaningful insights and business recommendations
- Passion for Automotive industry and consumer insights is highly preferred
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple research projects simultaneously
