Community Operations Specialist (English Learning Community)
We are looking for a Community Operations Specialist to manage and grow our online English learning communities for parents and students.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage LINE / online learning communities and daily user engagement
- Execute English learning camps and activities based on SOPs
- Provide basic spoken English guidance, encouragement, and feedback
- Create and organize community content, learning materials, and announcements
- Support community growth through invitations and referrals (non-sales)
- Guide new users through registration and trial class booking
- Collect user feedback and share insights for continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree or higher; livestream sales or sales training is a plus.
- Experience: 23 years in online education or e-commerce sales; 1+ year in team management; experience in building community sales systems is preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Line, Facebook Live, Zoom, and Excel.
- Language: Business-level Chinese and/or English
- Core Competencies: Strong in livestream conversions, community operations, and team leadership.
- Soft Skills: Resilient under pressure, cross-culturally communicative, quick learner, and results-driven.
