Job Description

Community Operations Specialist (English Learning Community)

We are looking for a Community Operations Specialist to manage and grow our online English learning communities for parents and students.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage LINE / online learning communities and daily user engagement
  • Execute English learning camps and activities based on SOPs
  • Provide basic spoken English guidance, encouragement, and feedback
  • Create and organize community content, learning materials, and announcements
  • Support community growth through invitations and referrals (non-sales)
  • Guide new users through registration and trial class booking
  • Collect user feedback and share insights for continuous improvement

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or higher; livestream sales or sales training is a plus.
  • Experience: 23 years in online education or e-commerce sales; 1+ year in team management; experience in building community sales systems is preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Line, Facebook Live, Zoom, and Excel.
  • Language: Business-level Chinese and/or English
  • Core Competencies: Strong in livestream conversions, community operations, and team leadership.
  • Soft Skills: Resilient under pressure, cross-culturally communicative, quick learner, and results-driven.
