Role Overview
Marketing Specialist will lead specific marketing campaigns and events, focusing on initiatives that create a significant impact, enhance tenant sales, and increase brand visibility for the EM District (Emporium / Emquartier / Emsphere)
Responsibilities
- Design and implement innovative marketing strategies, including talk of the town events, to drive traffic and sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Fashion & Luxury tenants, ensuring comprehensive marketing support.
- Oversee the production of high-quality marketing content for online and offline platforms.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns to stimulate visitor spending and foot traffic.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to maximize the impact of marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience in marketing or retail, with a proven track record of managing successful campaigns.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- Ability to think creatively and strategically in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proficient in English communication, both written and spoken.
