Brand Building & Promotion: Conduct regional brand localization; plan local online/offline activities, connect with local institutions; enhance brand influence and build scenario-based labels.
Channel Development & Management: Establish/optimize SEA channels (household, industrial/commercial); manage channel recruitment, maintenance and incentives to ensure shipment and coverage.
Market Promotion: Develop differentiated plans for SEA countries; localize marketing materials and promote tailored solutions (e.g., PV-storage integration) to improve product acceptance.
Data Analysis: Track core data, produce analysis reports, propose optimizations; collect industry information to support product and strategy adjustment.
Compliance & Risk Management: Abide by local laws and company policies; control marketing/channel risks; monitor market risks and propose hedging suggestions.
Job Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree or above; preferred majors: Marketing, International Trade, New Energy (PV-related).
Experience: 2-4+ years SEA marketing experience, have household/commercial PV background; familiar with SEA PV market; priority to candidates with relevant successful cases or MNC/leading PV enterprise experience.
Professional Competence: Solid marketing skills; able to formulate regional strategies; proficient in channel development and data review; familiar with PV products, with strong market insight and negotiation ability.
Language: Proficient in English (working language); Chinese is a plus.
Qualities: Responsible, pioneering, able to work under pressure; good communication/collaboration skills; strong execution; adaptable to SEA business trips and flexible work.
