Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Marketing & Campaign Execution

- Plan and execute marketing strategies for real estate projects (Condominium / Residential)

- Develop both online & offline campaigns to drive lead generation and conversion

- Manage project positioning, branding, and communication direction

- Analyze market trends, competitor insights, and customer behavior to refine strategies

2. Lead Generation & Performance Marketing

- Oversee digital marketing channels (Facebook, Google, TikTok, LINE OA, Property portals)

- Optimize campaign performance based on KPI (CPL, Conversion Rate, ROI)

- Collaborate with agencies and internal teams to improve funnel efficiency

3. Sales & Agency Collaboration

- Work closely with Sales team and external agents (Broker / Agency)

- Build strong relationships with partner companies

- Support sales tools, promotion campaigns, and closing strategies

4. Brand & Communication Management

- Control brand messaging across all touchpoints

- Develop marketing materials (Brochure, VDO, Presentation, Sales Kit)

- Ensure consistency with AssetWise group brand direction

Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field

- 38+ years of experience in Resales of Real Estate Marketing

- Background from Property Consultant / Agency / Developer will be an advantage.

- Strong understanding of property market & buyer behavior

- Experience in digital marketing & performance marketing tools

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

- Able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic organization
