Job description:
This outsources staff work following ttb staff assignments under below job scope:
- Create graphic designs for marketing and communication materials both online -offline including static artwork, key visuals, infographics, social media content, and various digital assets.
- Utilize AI generative tools (such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Canva AI, etc.) to produce creative visuals, concepts, or video elements.
- Refine and integrate AI-generated elements into final designs that align with the brand's visual identity.
- Produce Motion Graphics or short videos (motion design skills will be considered a strong advantage).
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and content teams to develop aligned and impactful visuals.
- Prepare artwork files for both digital and print production with high accuracy.
- Manage and control color proof and printing quality to strictly align CI guideline and meet branding standardization!
- Other Assignments.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in graphic design or relevant experience (Motion Graphic experience is a plus).
- Strong sense of design principles: typography, layout, color theory, and branding.
Skill:
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator; After Effects/Premiere Pro etc)
- Understanding of AI Generation, prompting techniques, and workflows that integrate AI with human design work.
- Good in communication.
