About the job
The Marketplace Digital Performance Marketing professional drives revenue and ROI across third‑party e‑commerce and marketplace platforms through data‑driven performance marketing strategies. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid media campaigns, managing media budgets, analyzing campaign performance, and collaborating with internal teams and media agencies to improve customer acquisition, conversion, and overall marketplace growth.
What you'll do
- Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to drive sales on 3rd party partner platforms and maximize ROI
- Work closely with media agency and sale teams to develop effective online media buying plans to ensure KPI achievement as well as manage execution and budget allocation
- Sustain the platform's overall growth by continuously performing quantitative and qualitative analyses to drive sale funnel optimization
- Utilize analytics tools to track key performance indicators and generate reports to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Perform ad-hoc analysis on business trend and results for timely adjustment for strategy changes
- Day-to-day operation of performance marketing, as well as the strategic direction and prioritization of initiative for paid media targeting (include artwork/content strategy and idea)
- Analyze post campaign analysis and identify opportunities to improve the overall performance across marketplace
- Responsible for budget and media performance tracking and delivering strategic solutions for e-commerce growth
- Develop media strategy based on platform's characteristics (i.e target, format, placement, etc)
- Maintain accurate documentation by coordinating, verifying, and filing invoices and related media paperwork in a timely manner.
What you must have
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, digital, or related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in e-commerce, online retail / marketplace
- Hands-on exposure to e-commerce platforms is a plus.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, project management skills and ability to manage tasks efficiently
- Knowledge of digital media metrics, social media platforms, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Affiliate and Marketplace Ads
- Knowledge of affiliate marketing is an advantage.
- Creative, organized, proactive, and detail oriented.
- Fluent in Thai and English (spoken and written).
