What You Will Get
2-year experience in MLE program
2 rotations in Supply function
2 years of stretch assignments
What We Are Looking For
Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering fields.
0-3 years of experience
Proficiency in English
Ability to build great leadership skills as well as develop technical capabilities
Have a passion to lead and a love of engineering.
Cognitive skills, and strong academic knowledge, aspiration to do people leader roles
