Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Mass Recruiter based in Nonthaburi.

The role focuses on high-volume, front-line recruitment to support daily operational needs, particularly for Cashier and service staff. The ideal candidate must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where manpower demand fluctuates daily, requiring quick decision-making, strong coordination, and hands-on execution.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end mass recruitment for front-line positions such as Cashier and operational staff

Support daily manpower planning, including urgent hiring and short-notice replacements

Conduct on-site recruitment activities, walk-in interviews, and rapid candidate screening

Coordinate closely with operations and site supervisors to ensure workforce readiness

Monitor daily recruitment status, attendance, no-show cases, and manpower gaps

Build and maintain a ready-to-deploy candidate pool for immediate operational needs

Handle recruitment documentation and support fast-track onboarding processes

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

Experience in high-volume or mass recruitment is required

Background in service, outsourcing, or industrial workforce recruitment is a strong advantage

Strong sourcing, screening, and interviewing skills for front-line roles

Ability to work under daily manpower pressure and frequent changes

Hands-on, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset

Excellent communication and coordination skills

Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site operational environment
