Role Purpose (Executive Summary)
The Master Data, UAT & Cutover Lead for Thailand is accountable for endtoend master data readiness, UAT execution, and cutover orchestration for the Thailand Business Unit under SPBT. This role ensures Thailand's business processes, data, users, and systems are fully prepared for SIT, UAT, cutover, and golive, safeguarding operational continuity across Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing.
The Lead acts as the single point of accountability for Thailand's data governance, testing quality, and cutover readiness.
Key Responsibilities
- Thailand Master Data Leadership
- Own all Thailand master data objects across PTP, OTC, PTM, RTR, Finance, and local regulatory domains.
- Drive data cleansing, enrichment, validation, and harmonisation for Thailand BU.
- Ensure Thailand master data readiness for SIT, UAT, cutover, and production migration.
- Govern Thailandspecific data rules (tax codes, customer hierarchies, product classifications, regulatory fields).
- Coordinate with SAP functional leads, Master Data Leads and Thailand business data champions.
- Ensure Thailand data defects are triaged, resolved, and retested within SLA.
- Maintain auditready data governance controls (JSOX, ITGC, Thailand statutory requirements).
- Thailand UAT Leadership
- Define Thailand UAT scope, entry/exit criteria, and readiness checkpoints.
- Lead UAT planning, scenario design, script creation, and test data preparation for Thailand.
- Coordinate UAT execution across Thailand Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Commercial teams.
- Ensure endtoend Thailand business process validation, including local tax, pricing, invoicing, and regulatory flows.
- Manage Thailand defect lifecycle: triage, prioritisation, resolution, retest, closure.
- Ensure test evidence, traceability, and audit compliance for Thailand.
- Provide daily UAT reporting to Thailand leadership, PMO, and SPBT SteerCo.
- Thailand Cutover & GoLive Leadership
- Own Thailand's cutover strategy, detailed cutover plan, and runbook.
- Define Thailand cutover sequencing, dependencies, timings, and resource assignments.
- Lead Thailand cutover rehearsals using productionlike data and realistic scenarios.
- Validate rollback procedures, contingency plans, and recovery steps for Thailand.
- Coordinate with Fusion Digital Core Team, BU IT Teams, and Thailand SMEs.
- Ensure Thailand golive readiness across data, processes, environments, and users.
- Lead Thailand command centre during golive weekend.
- Oversee Thailand hyper care readiness and postgolive stabilisation.
- Environment & Release Governance (Thailand Focus) with Digital Core
- Ensure environments support Thailand SIT, UAT, regression, and cutover validation.
- Prevent collisions between Thailand BAU changes and SPBT project transports.
- Maintain transport governance, release calendars, and change freezes for Thailand.
- Ensure recoverability and fallback options for Thailand deployments.
- Stakeholder & Leadership Engagement
- Act as the single point of accountability for Thailand Master Data, UAT, and Cutover.
- Provide clear, concise updates to Thailand BU leadership, Programme Director, and PMO.
- Engage Thailand SMEs, global teams, and regional APAC stakeholders.
- Drive decisionmaking with datadriven insights and riskbased recommendations.

Skills & Experience
- 6-10 years in SAP transformation, master data, or testing leadership roles.
- Strong knowledge of SAP master data objects across PtP, OtC, PtM, RtR, Finance.
- Proven experience leading UAT and cutover in countryspecific deployments (preferably Thailand).
- Understanding of Thailand tax, regulatory, and statutory requirements (VAT, withholding tax, invoicing rules).
- Experience with SAP S4 HANA and multisystem landscapes.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to lead under pressure during cutover and golive.
