Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Master Grower based in Phuket, Thailand. The Master Grower will oversee all cultivation activities, including planning, planting, nurturing, and harvesting cannabis plants. Responsibilities include monitoring plant health, maintaining optimal growing conditions, implementing pest and disease control, and managing greenhouse systems. The role also involves supervising cultivation teams, maintaining compliance with GACP and regulatory standards, and continuously improving growing techniques to optimize yield and quality.
Qualifications
- Extensive knowledge of cannabis cultivation, including plant growth cycles, pest management, and nutrient requirements
- Experience in environmental control systems, soil and nutrient analysis, and hydroponic or greenhouse growing methods
- Leadership and team management skills to oversee cultivation staff and ensure productivity
- Strong understanding of GACP standards, quality assurance protocols, and regulatory compliance in cannabis cultivation
