Our Inventory team works with many departments like Production, Engineering, Logistics, Planning, and Purchasing to manage inventory and supply chain activities. We help make sure the right parts are available at the right time. We also support BOM (Bill of Materials) and part setup, which helps with finance and costing setup. This role may involve cross-functional collaboration and occasional support for special projects.
About The Role - You Will
- Coordinate with Production, Engineering, Logistic, Planning & Purchasing and related teams regarding Inventory & Supply Chain Management
- Develop and maintain usage planning from HSA to HGA based on production scenarios.
- Prepare, validate, and load LTPMRP input data into SAP according to the planning cycle.
- Analyze, Review and validate LTPMRP results including:
- Component requirements
- Capacity requirements
- HSA/HGA/TGA/SLD build plan
- Constraint and nonconstraint planning output
- Generate PBP (Purchase By Part) output based on LTPMRP simulation results.
- Perform gap analysis: LTPMRP vs. demand, actual MRP, and capacity constraints.
- Support demand/supply analysis for TGA and SLD
- Perform demandsupply gap analysis based on LTPMRP demand and vendor supply commitments, and summarize supplier commit vs. LTPMRP demand after issuing PBP.
- Integrate AI into supply planning to strengthen efficiency, accuracy, and decisionmaking.
About You
- Experience in production planning, or supply chain planning.
- Experience with LongTerm Planning (LTP) simulation and data validation
- Proficiency in SAP PP/PP-REM
- Understanding of BOM, Routing, Production Version, and REM processes.
- Strong skills in Excel, Power BI, or other analytics tools.
- Familiarity with HSAHGA operational and planning flow is a plus
