Join our Engineering and Supply Chain team and play a key role in transforming engineering designs into efficient manufacturing processes. This position is responsible for managing Bills of Materials, material planning, ERP master data, and Manufacturing Orders while coordinating closely with Engineering, Purchasing, Warehouse, Production, Quality, and Sales teams to ensure accurate, efficient, and on-time manufacturing.
What You'll Do
- Create, review, and maintain BOMs and manufacturing routings within the ERP system.
- Create, release, and manage MOs based on approved engineering drawings and production requirements.
- Maintain ERP master data, including BOMs, routings, work centers, item masters, and manufacturing parameters.
- Analyze material requirements and ensure accurate material planning to support production schedules.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Purchasing, Warehouse, Production, Quality, and Sales to ensure smooth material flow and manufacturing readiness.
- Verify engineering drawings, material specifications, and revisions before releasing Manufacturing Orders.
- Manage Engineering Change Requests (ECR) and Engineering Change Orders (ECO), ensuring timely implementation and ERP updates.
- Monitor material availability and work closely with the Purchasing and Warehouse teams to prevent shortages and production delays.
- Support production planning by ensuring manufacturing data, BOMs, and material requirements remain accurate and up to date.
- Monitor manufacturing progress and assist in resolving BOM, material, and ERP-related issues.
- Continuously improve ERP workflows, BOM accuracy, material planning processes, and manufacturing efficiency.
- Prepare planning reports, monitor KPIs, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 requirements and company quality standards.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, material planning, production planning, or ERP-based manufacturing operations.
- Strong understanding of Bills of Materials, manufacturing routings, material planning, and Manufacturing Orders.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems is required; experience with Odoo ERP is highly preferred.
- Good understanding of MRP (Material Requirements Planning), inventory control, and manufacturing workflows.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and 3D models.
- Knowledge of sheet metal fabrication, machining, welding, surface finishing, and mechanical assembly processes is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to coordinate effectively across Engineering, Purchasing, Warehouse, Production, Quality, and Sales departments.
- Good command of English.
