Major Responsibilities
Oversee materials and corrosion of all PTTGC group both routine operation and project works as follow
- Materials Selection (BDR: Basic Design Review)
- Corrosion review/clinic
- Expert technical advise (materials and corrosion)
- RBI (Risk Based Inspection) assessment
- IOW (Integrity Operating Window) setup/review
- Fitness for Service (FFS) assessment
- Technical Integrity Assessment in term of materials and corrosion management system
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Mechanical, Metallurgy, Welding, Materials Engineering with attitude for Materials and Corrosion
- Certified Professional Engineer or Adjunct Engineer according to the Thai Laws
- Certified API510 Pressure Vessel Inspection (Optional)
- Certified API 571 Damage Mechanisms Affecting Fixed Equipment in the Refining Industry (Optional)
- Certified API580 Risk Based Inspection (Optional)
- Experience 3-10 years - Corrosion and inspection in refinery or petrochemical.
