Job Description
This role manages material flow within the assembly plant, ensuring all required materials are available, stored correctly, and documented accurately. The controller will also assist in organizing the warehouse and maintaining stock records.
Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials in accordance with company procedures.
- Prepare and distribute materials and consumables for production following company procedures.
- Organize and maintain warehouse space for efficient material handling.
- Track stock levels and ensure accurate inventory records.
- Coordinate with procurement and production teams to prevent material shortages.
- Ensure compliance with BOI import/export documentation and procedures.
- Perform regular cycle counts and audits to verify inventory accuracy.
- Operate forklifts or other material-handling equipment as needed.
Qualifications
- Experience in warehouse management, material handling, or inventory control.
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.) is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of stock management software (ERP or similar).
- Understanding of BOI regulations related to imported materials is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and in coordination with production teams.
- Ability to communicate effectively in and English (spoken and written).
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English, as the supervisor is a foreign national.

- Salary: 20,000 - 28,000 based on experience and qualifications.
