Job Purpose
This role is responsible of manage and control R&Ps availability to support production plan and ensure zero impact to customer service level while managing inventory of R&Ps to meet target inventory level.
In addition, this role also provides feedback to upstream supply chain (suppliers) to improve their performance and supporting commercial team to build a collaboration relationship with suppliers.
What Youll Do
- Managing and controlling of material availability to support both PCH and CHB.
- Collaborate with warehouse operations team for material delivery plan and ensure sufficient warehouse space to support incoming materials.
- Maintain and update planning parameters in SAP.
- Managing and controlling non-quality inventory to minimize write off.
- Meet or overachieve inventory target and DRPO (capital), advance inventory analysis and collaborate cross function for implementation
- Implement development supply chain KPI analysis to drive supply continuity and improvement for E2E process
- Knowledgeable in import and export process.
- Preventive for supply chain issues into production planning, customer distribution thereby communicating with mitigation plan.
In term of supplier management:
- Provide suppliers performance report on delivery and services to buyers.
- Be part of supplier improvement program.
To support QuEST and QES projects, this role is responsible to:
- Execute the transition plan of R&Ps in his/her portfolio.
- Minimizing write off from the transition SKUs.
Support and/or lead DiB activities within his/her portfolio to deliver sites DiB target.
Collaborate and engage stakeholders.
- Regional Supply Planner alignment on short term and medium-term production plan.
- Shift manager and scheduler both sites on routine operations and availability of R&Ps.
- Suppliers planning, delivery of materials, tracking suppliers performance (only delivery and services).
- Buyers on routine operations
- Ensure team fully utilize system for planning tasks and ensure accurate data and parameters of his/her portfolio are maintained.
What Were Looking For
- Bachelor in Logistics management, Industrial Engineering or related fields
- Minimum 3 years experience in material planning, inventory management, purchasing or related position.
- Proven record/experience in MRP functionality in any ERP system.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and supply chain management.
- Good verbal and written communication skill in English
