Key Responsibilities
Testing and Commissioning Activities
- Support Team: Assist the team in performing various tests on electrical/mechanical/control systems, such as transformers, switchgear, HVAC systems, chilled water plants, BMS devices, sensors & etc.
- Equipment Setup: Ensure all necessary tools and instruments are calibrated and functioning properly.
- Test Execution: Participate in executing tests.
Data Collection and Analysis
- Data Recording: Accurately record test results and observations during testing procedures.
- Data Analysis: Assist in analysing test data to determine equipment performance and identify any potential issues or anomalies.
- Report Preparation: Help prepare detailed test reports and documentation for review by the senior team.
Field Work and Site Visits
- Site Inspections: Accompany the team on-site inspections to verify the proper installation and operation of electrical/mechanical/control systems.
- Troubleshooting: Aid in troubleshooting and diagnosing issues in electrical/mechanical/control installations and systems
- Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety protocols and guidelines during all field activities.
Documentation and Reporting
- Technical Documentation: Assist in creating and updating technical documentation, including schematics, diagrams, and equipment manuals.
- Project Documentation: Help maintain records of commissioning activities, including checklists, test forms, and punch lists.
- Compliance: Ensure all documentation meets regulatory and company standards.
Collaboration and Communication
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with project teams, including engineers and project managers, to ensure smooth execution of testing and commissioning activities.
- Client Interaction: Attend meetings with the client to provide updates on project status and address any queries or concerns.
Quality Assurance
- Standard Compliance: Ensure that all testing and commissioning activities comply with industry standards, company policies, and project specifications.
- Quality Control: Assist in implementing quality control measures to ensure the reliability and safety of electrical/mechanical/control installations.
Skills & Qualifications
- Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Building Services Engineering
- Specialist in one area of building services engineering with supplementary knowledge of other areas, e.g., HVAC, Electrical, Fire, BMS, Plumbing Systems, and other Building Systems
- Familiarity with Data Centers infrastructure and ensuring the proper integration of MEP systems
- Proficiency in relevant design software would be an advantage, such as CAD, BIM, AMTECH, DIALux, 6Sgima
- Professional working proficiency in Thai and English
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
