Job Description

Responsibilities:
• Designing and developing mechanical systems and components for various projects.

• Conducting research and analysis to determine the feasibility, performance, and cost-effectiveness of mechanical designs.

• Creating detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and documentation for manufacturing and assembly.

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of mechanical systems with other disciplines.

• Performing calculations, simulations, and tests to validate and optimize mechanical designs.

• Troubleshooting and resolving mechanical issues during the development, testing, and production phases.

• Participating in design reviews and providing technical expertise and recommendations.

• Ensuring compliance with industry standards, codes, and regulations in all mechanical designs.

• Managing and coordinating projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.

• Keeping up-to-date with advancements in mechanical engineering technology and techniques.

Qualifications:
1) Bachelor's degree in mechanical major, with good oral communication skills

2) Proficient in design software (3D PROE, SolidWorks, and 2D AUTOCAD)

3) More than 5 years experience in non-standard equipment design, and need to have successful experience in leading projects by yourself

4) At least 3 years experience in non-standard equipment development in electronic industry, and successful experience in leading projects by yourself is required

5) Have a deep understanding of the main production process (dispensing, locking screws, labeling, image testing, etc.) and have done projects with similar requirements

6) Good understanding and communication skills, have the ability to work under pressure and bear hardships, obey the arrangement of the company, accept business trips and overtime work arrangements.

7) Good at finding and dealing with problems, positive feedback, quick handling and solving problems.
