Mechanical Engineer

Summary of Responsibilities:

• Have a good knowledge in mechanical engineering (MEP, balance of plant or related system of power plants as a mechanical engineer or project engineer. Provide mechanical engineering progress and observations report on technical issues for construction projects to manager. Follow up O&M activities and provide the report and technical support for operating plants to manager. Support manager for document controlling of the Balance of Plant department for both construction projects and operating power plants.

Primary Responsibilities:

Pre-construction phase

• Prepare and review reports, technical correspondents, and schedules.
• Support manager for documents controlling.

Construction phase

• Prepare and review reports, technical correspondents, and update the schedules to manager.
• Provide progress and observation report on technical issues at the site from balance of plant or mechanical engineering point of view.
• Site supervision
• Support manager by reviewing the design documents, tender documents, specifications, and other submittals and monitoring their submission.

O&M phase

• Follow up O&M activities and provide progress and technical report to manager in accordance with Engineering Service Agreement

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
• At least 2 years of experience working in mechanical engineering related field (Hydro power experience is advantage.)
• Good command of Thai and English, both verbal and written expressions.
