Participate in project scoping and feasibility studies, assessing site constraints, relocation plans, and client expectations.

Support the development and management of project plans, schedules, and budgets, aligning with the Project Management Lead and key stakeholders.

Coordinate with design centers, contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution of work related to equipment relocation, utility modifications, and general industrial upgrades.

Review and validate engineering drawings, specifications, method statements, and installation procedures, ensuring compliance with project scope and client standards.

Plan and supervise machine dismantling, relocation, reinstallation, utility tie-ins, structural supports, and infrastructure modifications.

Oversee on-site activities, including site preparation, safety compliance, quality checks, and contractor coordination.

Identify and resolve technical challenges during execution, working with multidisciplinary teams to deliver safe, practical, and cost-effective solutions.

Ensure compliance with local regulations, client requirements, and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Manage and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including red-line drawings, progress reports, and punch lists.

Communicate proactively with clients, ensuring transparency, quick issue resolution, and a high level of customer satisfaction.

  • Coordinate testing and commissioning activities, ensuring operational readiness and successful handover to the client.

Basic education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or related Engineering field from an accredited institution.

Experience: Minimum 5-8 years of experience in EPC/EPCM industrial projects, covering a variety of scopes such as equipment installation, utility systems, and facility upgrades.

Skills:

  • Solid understanding of industrial project execution, including civil interface, MEP systems, and utility coordination (e.g., power, air, water, drains, steam, nitrogen, cooling, chilled water).
  • Familiar with machine installation, demolition, relocation logistics, and infrastructure adjustments.
  • Proficiency in project planning tools Microsoft Project, and office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Working knowledge of AutoCAD, 3D model viewers (e.g., Navisworks), and document control systems.
  • Familiar with site supervision, permit-to-work processes, and basic safety management.
  • Solid understanding of engineering principles, construction methodologies, and regulatory requirements specific to food, chemical, infrastructure, warehouse, etc.
  • Proactive and problem-solving mindset, with a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Adaptable and hands-on attitude toward diverse project scopes and changing client needs.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage contractor relationships.
  • Good communication skills, able to clearly explain technical issues to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel and be stationed on-site as required during the execution phase.
  • TOEIC score of 600-700.
