Improve rotating equipment reliability of the petrochemical plant by developing a maintenance strategy to ensure the reliability of the plant.
Lead implementation of a predictive maintenance program for rotating equipment as well as innovation of new fault detection technology to enhance the effectiveness of this program.
The position interacts with other technical groups on-site to resolve problems and improve plant reliability and performance
Key Responsibilities:
Define maintenance strategy to ensure reliability and maintainability of rotating equipment
Experience in predictive maintenance programs namely Vibration analysis programs and Oil analysis program
Lead or participate in root cause analysis in order to find a practical effective solution for plant
Develop corporate rotating inspection and reliability standards
Develop new technology to enhance the capability of fault detection in rotating equipment
Qualifications:
Bachelor or Master Degree in Mechanical Engineering
Have 0-3 years of relevant experience in Petrochemical Business (Inspection, Reliability, and Maintenance background are preferred)
Good communication in both spoken and written English (required TOEIC at least 550)
Excellent in commercial mind, initiation, self-direction, problem-solving, and achievement orientation.
