Job Description

Responsibilities

Media Buying & Execution

  • Plan, buy, and manage campaigns across Facebook/Meta, Google, TikTok, LINE, YouTube, Programmatic, and other key channels.
  • Optimize campaigns daily for performance, reach, cost-efficiency, and ROI.
  • Manage budgets and ensure campaigns deliver within targets.

Analytics & Optimization

  • Monitor performance dashboards and KPIs in real-time.
  • Run A/B tests for creatives, audiences, and placements.
  • Generate insights and recommendations to improve media efficiency.
  • Ensure tracking, tagging, and attribution are properly implemented.

Client & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Collaborate with Account Managers and Strategists to align media with overall campaign strategy.
  • Present media insights, optimizations, and post-campaign results to clients.
  • Build strong relationships with platform reps and external vendors to leverage beta features and best practices.

Leadership & Mentorship

  • Support and coach Media Buyers/Executives in campaign setup and optimization.
  • Share knowledge of industry trends, platform updates, and performance marketing best practices.
  • Contribute to training programs and knowledge-sharing within the team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 1 years of experience in media buying, performance marketing, or digital advertising.
  • Proven track record of optimizing campaigns at scale and achieving ROI.
  • Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, LINE, and Programmatic DSPs.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, Data Studio, or other reporting tools.
  • Excellent communication skills in Thai & English.
