Business-Centric Reporting: Deliver detailed performance reports that go beyond the clicks. You will provide a big picture business view, connecting media strategy to market trends and overall client growth.
Growth Identification: Proactively identify rooms of opportunity for clients, effectively presenting and selling additional services that align with their business goals.
Team Leadership: Direct and mentor team members assigned to your accounts, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
Operational Excellence: Initiate and refine internal and client-facing workflows to ensure maximum efficiency and performance.
E-commerce & Platform Mastery: Apply deep knowledge of the digital ecosystem, specifically across Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, Google Ads, Line Ads, and Web.
Tech Advocacy: Utilize current analytical tools and maintain a readiness to explore mindset for new technologies and industry tools.
Qualifications
Experience: 35 years in Online Marketing with a proven track record.
Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience running ads across Facebook, Google, TikTok, X (Twitter), and E-marketplace platforms (Shopee & Lazada).
Data Fluency: Strong analytical skills with the ability to build and interpret dashboards for effective data storytelling.
Strategic Design: Skilled in designing cross-platform advertising plans tailored to specific platform techniques.
Communication: Excellent English proficiency (Speaking, Reading, Writing) and the ability to simplify technical jargon for diverse audiences.
Mindset: A positive, eager to learn attitude with strong leadership qualities and the ability to work under pressure.
