We are seeking an experienced Media Planning Director to lead media strategy, planning, and buying across a wide range of clients and campaigns. This role will drive integrated media solutions, strengthen partnerships with media vendors and platforms, and help grow our media capabilities and commercial opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead media strategy, planning, and buying across online and offline channels.
- Develop integrated media plans, budget allocation, channel mix, and performance strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with media agencies, media owners, vendors, and partners.
- Lead media negotiations to maximize value and campaign effectiveness.
- Identify new media opportunities, partnerships, and commercial solutions.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide strategic recommendations.
- Mentor and develop the media planning team while driving best practices.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in media planning, media buying, or media strategy.
- Strong knowledge of Thailand's media landscape, including digital, social, OOH, retail media, and performance marketing.
- Proven experience leading integrated media campaigns and managing large media budgets.
- Strong negotiation, vendor management, and partnership-building skills.
- Excellent analytical, presentation, and communication skills.
- Leadership experience with the ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with both media agencies and media owners.
- Knowledge of retail media, in-store media, OOH, digital screens, or event media.
- Commercial mindset with the ability to identify new business and revenue opportunities.
- Strategic thinker who can balance business objectives with media innovation.
