Job Description:
We are seeking candidates with proven experience and capabilities in conducting Hybrid/digital marketing campaigns and driving performance. You will be expected to lead and build the business for any one of the key areas of Hybrid/digital media: banner display, SEM, social media, and mobile. Likewise, you will handle key client accounts for which you will conceptualize, plan and implement digital campaigns in conjunction with integrated marketing communication teams.
Responsibilities:
Work in Hybrid/digital media planning & recommendation together with the media planning/buying/ad optimization team as well as with clients focusing on digital media plans under the supervision of a group head or director.
Develop Hybrid/digital media strategies, plans, and presentations based on objectives and client's requirements, and maintain media plans including changes, budgeting, execution, and reporting.
Full understanding of client's business objective/client strategy / be able to define and analyze target audience with insight both traditional and digital and able to develop a media plan for big client accounts.
Coaching senior strategist to solve all problems and issues during day-to-day operations both client issues and internal issues.
Qualifications:
5 7 years of experience in Hybrid/Digital media planning with good background and understanding of media planning, implementation, and optimization.
Experience in digital media tools ie. ComScore, Google Analytics, etc.
Proficient in Microsoft Office esp. Excel & PowerPoint.
Strong interpersonal skills to work with media planning/buying/ad optimization teams as well as with clients.
Detail-orientated and proficient at managing projects and able to multi-task, organize, prioritize, and workload.
