About the Role

We're looking for a Media Planning Manager who truly understands hybrid planning someone who can connect offline and digital thinking into one clear, effective media strategy. You'll lead integrated planning work, partner closely with clients, and guide the team to deliver campaigns that work across channels, not in silos.

This role is hands-on, strategic, and collaborative ideal for someone who enjoys both planning and leading.

What You'll Do

Lead Hybrid Media Strategy

  • Own and lead integrated media planning across offline and digital channels
  • Connect audience insights, media behaviors, and touchpoints into one cohesive plan
  • Ensure plans balance reach, engagement, performance, and budget efficiency
  • Translate business objectives into clear, channel-agnostic media strategies

Client Partnership

  • Act as a trusted planning partner to clients
  • Lead planning discussions, strategy presentations, and performance reviews
  • Provide clear, practical recommendations backed by insights and data
  • Handle complex briefs and guide the team on client priorities

Execution & Quality Control

  • Oversee end-to-end planning and execution across hybrid campaigns
  • Review media plans, placements, and performance reports before client delivery
  • Ensure consistency and integration across channels and markets
  • Work closely with finance and operations to manage budgets, changes, and billing

Collaboration & Partnerships

  • Work closely with creative, digital, data, and commerce teams to ensure true integration
  • Build strong relationships with media owners across both offline and digital platforms
  • Stay up to date on media innovations, formats, and market trends

Team Leadership

  • Lead, coach, and develop Media Planners and Senior Media Planners
  • Encourage integrated thinking and knowledge sharing across the team
  • Support team growth through feedback, mentoring, and hands-on guidance

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in a media agency with strong hybrid / integrated planning background
  • Proven experience planning across TV, OOH, print, digital, social, video, and performance media
  • Confident in leading planning conversations with clients
  • Strong strategic and analytical thinking
  • Able to connect data, insights, and channel roles into one clear story
  • Strong communication skills in Thai and English
  • Comfortable managing multiple accounts and timelines
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Collaborative, adaptable, and solutions-driven
