- Strategic Growth: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to expand the agency's market share and achieve annual revenue targets.
- High-Stakes Pitching: Lead the end-to-end pitching process for major accounts, from initial prospecting and briefing to final negotiation and closing.
- Key Account Management: Build and maintain long-term, strategic relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers across various industries.
- Team Leadership & Mentorship: Manage, inspire, and coach the Business Development team, fostering a high-performance culture and enhancing their consultative selling skills.
- Market Analysis: Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing technologies to keep the agency's offerings competitive.
- Internal Collaboration: Partner closely with the Strategy, Creative, and Operations teams to ensure proposals are innovative, feasible, and profitable.
- Sales Forecasting: Provide accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports to the executive leadership team.
คุณสมบัติ
- Experience: Minimum 8-10 years of experience in Sales or Business Development, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role within a Creative, Digital, or Advertising Agency.
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in closing multi-million dollar deals and consistently hitting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Expert Skills: Exemplary presentation and storytelling skills with the ability to command a room. Deep understanding of the digital ecosystem (e.g., SEO, SEM, Content Strategy, Social Media, MarTech). Strong negotiation and commercial contract management skills.
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Language: Native-level proficiency in Thai and professional fluency in English (both written and spoken).
