We are currently looking for an experienced Medical Affairs Manager, to make a meaningful impact in the healthcare landscape in Thailand. As a Medical Affairs Manager, you will lead medical strategies, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and engage with healthcare professionals to ensure the safe and effective use of GSK medicines. Your work will contribute to improving patient outcomes and advancing scientific excellence. If you are passionate about driving change and making a difference, this role could be the next step in your career The responsibilities include some of the following: - Develop and implement local medical strategies aligned with global objectives to support patient care. - Build and maintain scientific relationships with healthcare professionals and external stakeholders. - Provide scientific expertise and insights to internal teams to inform decision-making and strategy. - Support clinical research activities, including investigator-initiated studies and real-world evidence generation. - Ensure compliance with local regulations, codes of practice, and GSK policies in all medical activities. - Review and approve medical grants, sponsorships, and educational initiatives. Basic Qualification We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals: - Bachelor's degree in a health-related field (e.g., Medicine, Pharmacy, or Life Sciences). - Minimum of 3 years of experience in Medical Affairs or a related role within the pharmaceutical industry. - Strong understanding of clinical research processes and medical governance. - Proven ability to interpret and communicate scientific data effectively. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders. - Proficiency in English and Thai, both written and spoken. This is an on-site role based in Thailand, with occasional travel required to support medical activities.
