Position OverviewWe are seeking a Thai-licensed Medical or Clinical Oncologist to join our multidisciplinary team. The ideal candidate is clinically strong in standard oncology and open-minded toward integrative oncology, working collaboratively with international specialists, nurses, and allied health professionals.
This role involves direct patient care, treatment planning, and clinical leadership within a high-quality, patient-focused environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesClinical Care- Diagnose, evaluate, and manage oncology patients across various solid tumors and/or hematologic malignancies
- Develop and oversee evidence-based treatment plans, including:
- Chemotherapy
- Immunotherapy
- Targeted therapy
- Hormonal therapy
- Monitor treatment response, toxicity, and disease progression
Integrative Oncology Collaboration- Collaborate with integrative medicine physicians to safely incorporate supportive therapies (e.g., IV nutrition, hyperthermia, metabolic support, immune optimization) alongside conventional treatment
- Ensure patient safety, regulatory compliance, and ethical practice in all combined protocols
- Participate in multidisciplinary tumor boards and case discussions
Clinical Governance & Quality- Maintain accurate and complete medical records in accordance with Thai medical regulations
- Ensure adherence to national and international oncology guidelines
- Contribute to continuous quality improvement and clinical protocol development
Education & Communication- Educate patients on treatment options, risks, benefits, and prognosis
- Support internal education initiatives and contribute to professional development within the clinic
- Communicate effectively with international patients and referring physicians (English proficiency preferred)
Qualifications & RequirementsMandatory- MD degree from a recognized medical school
- Board-certified Medical Oncologist or Clinical Oncologist
- Valid Thai Medical License (active and in good standing)
- Minimum 35 years of oncology clinical experience (preferred)
Preferred- Experience or interest in integrative oncology
- Exposure to international or private healthcare settings
- Strong communication skills in Thai and English
- Patient-centered mindset with a collaborative approach
