Who We Are Looking For:

We are seeking a highly motivated Medical Editor to support the development, localization, and management of medical education content in Thailand. This role requires strong bilingual proficiency in English and Thai, a solid medical background, and hands-on experience in medical writing, editing, and translation. The ideal candidate will also play a key role in building and managing relationships with medical societies and healthcare professionals in Thailand to support content creation, educational activities, and promotional initiatives.

What Impact You Will Make:

Medical Content & Translation

  • Translate and localize medical modules, disease education content, and related materials from English to Thai and vice versa, ensuring clinical accuracy and cultural relevance.
  • Edit and review medical content to maintain high editorial and scientific standards.
  • Manage end-to-end workflows for Thailand-specific medical modules and disease content, including timelines and quality control.

Content Management & Development

  • Coordinate the development and localization of medical education modules, webinars, and disease awareness initiatives for the Thai market.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders (medical, editorial, marketing, and operations teams) to ensure content aligns with educational objectives and local requirements.

Medical Society & Stakeholder Relations

  • Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with medical societies, associations, and healthcare professionals in Thailand.
  • Act as the key point of contact for society collaborations related to content development, educational modules, and webinars.
  • Support planning, execution, and follow-up of collaborative activities such as module creation, webinars, virtual events, and educational programs.
  • Serve as the primary Medical Society Liaison, representing the organization in engagements with Thai medical societies, ensuring alignment of educational initiatives with society needs, standards, and strategic objectives.

Project & Activity Management

  • Manage collaborations with medical societies, including coordination of speakers, reviewers, and contributors.
  • Support promotion and engagement activities related to medical modules and educational initiatives in collaboration with relevant teams.
  • Track progress, documentation, and outcomes of society partnerships and educational projects.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and achieve goals and objectives.
  • Attend status, management work-flow, and start-up meetings for all assigned accounts; participate in the development of timelines when appropriate.
  • Work closely with the writer, designer, team members and other cross functional department.

What Skills and Experience You Will Bring:

Must-Have

  • Fluency in spoken and written English and Thai
  • Medical, life sciences, or healthcare-related educational background
  • Proven experience in medical writing, editing, and/or medical translation
  • Strong understanding of medical terminology and disease-related content
  • Experience managing or supporting medical education content (e.g. disease modules, educational materials)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, especially with healthcare professionals
  • High attention to detail with strong editorial and quality control capabilities
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholders independently

Preferred

  • Experience working with medical societies, associations, or KOLs in Thailand
  • Hands-on involvement in CME/CPD modules, webinars, or digital learning programs
  • Experience in society collaboration management, including module creation and educational events
  • Familiarity with content management systems, e-learning platforms, or digital publishing tools
  • Experience supporting promotion or engagement activities for medical education initiatives
  • Prior experience working with regional or global cross-functional teams
  • Background in pharmaceutical, medical education, digital health, or healthcare publishing environments
