What you'll Do:
- Conduct on-site sales visits to present and promote JERA Dent to dental clinics.
- Communicate and coordinate with existing and prospective customers, providing initial product consultation and responding to inquiries via phone, LINE Official Account, Facebook, and other channels.
- Understand the dental and service business landscape in order to propose solutions that meet each customer's needs.
- Follow up on customer usage and performance, driving JERA Dent to become the clinic's primary system.
- Prepare equipment, data, and system configurations, and deliver a fully ready-to-use JERA Dent system to ensure the best first-time user experience.
- Coordinate with the support team to provide comprehensive after-sales service and customer care.
- Recommend and sell additional company products, such as hardware devices or add-on software, that are suitable for customers.
- Support other projects and tasks as assigned.
What you'll Need:
- 12 years of sales experience (experience in software, POS systems, or the dental industry is a strong advantage).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with excellent interpersonal and service-minded attitude.
- Positive mindset and ability to handle challenges effectively.
- Comfortable with technology; good computer and internet skills (basic knowledge of networking, IP, and WiFi).
- Owns a car or motorcycle and is able to travel for customer visits.
