Why This Role Matters: We are expanding our innovative medical solutions and are seeking motivated Sales Executives to focus on one of our key portfolios: ENT-Neuro, and Sleep. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, and promoting cutting-edge products within your assigned portfolio. Your efforts will directly impact patient outcomes and contribute to advancing healthcare with innovative technologies in your specific field.
What You Do:
- Drive Sales Growth: Develop and execute sales strategies to expand your specific product portfolio (ENT-Neuro or Sleep), increasing market share and achieving sales targets.
- Product Demonstrations: Present and demonstrate your portfolio's medical equipment to healthcare professionals, showcasing the benefits and applications of the products.
- Engage and Educate: Work closely with healthcare professionals, including surgeons, physicians, and medical staff, to ensure proper understanding and adoption of your portfolio's products. Offer on-site training and real-time support as needed.
- Build Relationships: Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and medical professionals. Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Sales Strategy & Planning: Manage the sales process from prospecting and pre-call planning to post-sales follow-up, ensuring that your portfolio achieves consistent sales growth and market penetration.
- Market Intelligence: Gather competitor insights and market trends to support the Sales Manager in developing strategies that will position your portfolio effectively in the market.
- Healthcare Facility Engagement: Engage with hospitals, clinics, operating theatres, or sleep centers, depending on your assigned portfolio, to promote the adoption and effective use of your products.
Who You Are:
- Educational Background: A minimum tertiary qualification in Biomedical Engineering, Business, Science, or a related field.
- Experience: 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in the medical device industry. Experience in your assigned portfolio (ENT, neuro, or sleep solutions) is highly beneficial.
- Hands-On Experience: Depending on your portfolio, experience in surgical environments, live surgeries, cadaver workshops, or sleep diagnostics is an advantage.
- Motivated & Results-Driven: You are passionate about sales, highly motivated, and committed to exceeding sales targets.
- Effective Communicator: Strong communication skills (both written and spoken) with the ability to explain complex medical information clearly to healthcare professionals.
- Team Player & Independent Worker: You work well both independently and within a collaborative team environment, taking initiative to drive success.
- Mobility: A car is required for travel to client sites.
