This role is ideal for a sales strategist with a deep understanding of the medical device landscape and a proven track record in distributor management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Strategy:Develop and execute localized sales strategies aligned with regional market needs and corporate objectives.
- Channel Management:Oversee the full lifecycle of regional distributors, from identification and onboarding to performance evaluation.
- KOL Engagement:Build and maintain professional relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and support regional academic activities.
- Market Intelligence:Conduct comprehensive research and provide actionable feedback on market trends and local product registration requirements.
- Sales Excellence:Consistently achieve defined sales targets within the assigned territory.
Candidate Requirements:
- Education:Bachelor's Degree in Business, Medicine, or a related field.
- Experience:Minimum of 2 years of frontline sales experience within the medical device or consumables industry.
- Language Proficiency:Professional fluency inEnglish(required). Proficiency inChineseis highly advantageous given our corporate headquarters.
- Competencies:Strong communication skills and experience navigating diverse overseas markets.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Monthly Salary:THB 15,000 20,000.
