Role Overview
The Medical Sales Representative will be responsible for driving sales growth and market development within assigned territories. The role focuses on building trusted relationships with healthcare professionals, executing product and marketing initiatives, gathering market insights, and consistently achieving assigned sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Sales and Territory Development
- Grow and develop the market within assigned territories
- Achieve assigned sales targets and deliver consistent territory growth
- Manage and expand relationships with hospitals, clinics, and relevant healthcare professionals
- Conduct daily pre-call planning and post-call reviews to improve call quality and follow-through
- Gather market intelligence on competitors, pricing, customer feedback, and other market activities
- Communicate business trends, opportunities, risks, and field insights to the Sales Manager/ Country Manager and internal team
- Submit timely daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales activities, call planning, customer engagement, and territory progress
Product, Marketing and Customer Engagement
- Organize and support medical talks, product events, exhibitions, and other customer engagement activities
- Ensure smooth execution of promotional activities in assigned hospitals, clinics, and other approved channels
- Plan and execute regular blitz campaigns to strengthen product visibility and customer engagement
- Maintain strong product knowledge and communicate key product messages accurately and professionally
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to align field activities with product and marketing plans
Compliance and Professional Conduct
- Conduct sales and promotional activities in a professional, ethical, and compliant manner
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, activities, and follow-up actions
- Represent the company positively through professional communication, reliable follow-up, and customer-centric service
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in Pharmaceutical area (Hospital, Clinic or Aesthetic clinic).Dermatology area is highly preferred
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent or above in Pharmacy or Life science or in any discipline
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a pleasant and professional personality
- Highly motivated to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Passionate about sales and building long-term customer relationships
- Dynamic, results-driven, and able to work independently in the field
- Good planning, reporting, and follow-up discipline
- Able to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and external healthcare professionals
