Drive sales growth and market expansion by identifying new business opportunities, delivering tailored product solutions, and building strong customer relationships. Ensure achievement of sales targets through strategic selling, competitive analysis, and effective coordination with internal teams.

Job Responsibilities: Solution Specialist (Medical Sales Representative)
- Identify and develop new customer accounts while maintaining and updating customer databases.
- Present products and negotiate sales terms with existing and prospective clients.
- Conduct regular customer visits (weekly/monthly) to maintain relationships and address concerns.
- Analyze competitors, market trends, and customer needs to refine sales strategies.
- Prepare sales plans and technical documentation such as product specifications, bidding documents, contracts, and comparison sheets.
- Coordinate marketing activities, exhibitions, and promotional campaigns to increase brand awareness and sales performance.
- Monitor product delivery, installation, and laboratory reporting processes.
- Collaborate with warehouse, sales coordination, finance, and product teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Provide regular sales reports, performance updates, and issue analysis to supervisors.
Job Qualifications: Solution Specialist (Medical Sales Representative)
Education:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Medical Technology, Medical Science, or related fields.
Experience:
- 0–3 years of experience in sales (laboratory or medical products preferred).
Skills and Competencies:
- Knowledge of sales techniques and customer relationship management.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
- Understanding of laboratory or medical products is an advantage.
- Good communication skills (Thai and basic English).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Service-minded attitude, emotional control, and professional personality.
