Job Purpose:
- Provide medical consultation, education, and training to internal teams
- Deliver professional medical services to customers and staff to support corporate goals
Key Responsibilities:
Medical Consultation & Education
- Provide medical underwriting consultation using policy contracts, Swisse, and RGA guidelines
- Conduct major claim consultation and support CCC, Claims, and Legal teams, including court representation when required
- Provide CXR and ECG interpretation
- Deliver medical education for internal staff, AIA customers, new FA Prime, and Agency teams
Medical Services to Customers & Staff
- Conduct physical examinations for insured persons (ordinary & legacy)
- Provide VIP annual check-up services
- Treat sick staff and conduct staff annual health check-ups
- Perform pre-employment medical examinations
- Collaborate with nursing staff on Health & Wellness programs (Work Well with AIA)
Quality & Compliance
- Maintain clinical service quality in alignment with CGP Thailand and AIA Group standards
- Ensure accuracy and safety in all clinical services delivered
Cross-functional Support
- Support product development initiatives as required
- Perform other duties assigned by management
Qualifications:
- Medical Doctor with license to practice in Thailand
- Post graduate training with at least 5 years clinical experience or at least 10 years experience in medical field
- Teaching and consultation skills
- Having good skills in physical examination
- Having clinical skills for case diagnosis
