• Oversee and manage all onsite Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) construction activities, ensuring works fully comply with approved drawings, specifications, hotel operator standards, and local authority requirements.
• Monitor daily MEP site progress, supervise contractors and subcontractors, and enforce strict adherence to quality, safety, testing, and commissioning requirements.
• Coordinate all MEP interfaces with CSA, ID, kitchen/laundry systems, faade, AV/IT, ELV, and specialist suppliers to ensure seamless installation and prevent construction clashes.
• Review MEP contractors shop drawings with consultants, method statements, material submissions, construction programs, and progress claims relevant to the MEP scope.
• Identify and resolve technical and site issues promptly, lead MEP inspections and QA/QC checks, and prepare detailed progress and technical reports for management and stakeholders.
  
  

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related MEP discipline.
• Professional certification or membership (e.g., P.Eng/PE, CIBSE, IEE, ASHRAE, IEM) is an advantage.
• 810 years of relevant experience.
• Strong understanding of local codes and standards for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, ELV, and building systems.
• Proven experience in T&C (Testing & Commissioning), authority submissions, contractor management, and MEP integration with other trades
