Your responsibilities
Drive net sales Maximize profitable net sales and customer base for your concept – short & long term
- Know your sales situation through sales and customer behavior analysis and follow-up on actions taken
- Identify opportunities/ threats and set priorities based on biggest sales/ customer impact – identify specific purpose
- Drive conversion to optimize profitable selling daily
- Set reduction strategy to optimize profitable short and long term selling and customer growth
- Follow-up the final customer offer and apply learning on coming actions
- Establishes strong working relationships with all other functions within the Omni-channel Commercial Team
- Be close to the market: - supply your market organization with commercial focuses in order to set the right priorities for your concept both short & long term.
- Act on sales opportunities/ threats
Commercial planning and goal setting Pre-season & In-season
- Set strategy and sales goals for your concept based on your customer insights, sales results, commercial belief and previous learning.
- Set commercial plan for your concept based on global commercial plan and your strategy. Plan when to execute what, how and where and to who.
- Do commercial reviews to identify key learning to improve customer offer in-season & for coming seasons.
- Know the market & customer needs – competitor overview & analysis, both e-commerce & store sales.
Strategic stock management & availability Achieve stock freshness with appropriate reduction costs and commercial planning
- Know your selling and stock levels to identify what to activate and when to reduce. Set best-before dates on garment groups – decide what to activate now or later Know your stock situation to secure the right assortment in the right time in co-operation with logistics.
- Set reduction strategy Set closing stock goals on your concept based on commercial beliefs, sales performance and stock situation.
- Follow-up outcome vs plan and revise strategy if needed
Qualification
- Minimum Degree holder in any field with direct working experience or Master degree in related field is preferable.
- Minimum 5 years working experience in the Retail Merchandise planning, allocator or Buying role.
- Strong Analytical skills & business minded
- Strong Excel skills is a MUST and have a good numeracy skill.

- Able to communicate in both Thai and English
