Job Description
- Drive Thailand's product assortment strategy to achieve growth, margin, andSKU efficiency.
- Lead seasonal GTM planning with crossfunctional teams to maximize sellthru and brand impact.
- Deliver customer insights, competitor trends, and datadriven recommendations for winning assortments.
- Create exclusive, countryspecific products and collaborations to elevate market presence.
- Oversee merchandising operations, pricing, and flawless execution of national sales and trade events.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Merchandising Manager should have:
- 5+ years experience in retail or merchandising across menwear, fashion, apparel, or footwear.
- Strong endtoend merchandising capability in product allocation, pricing, and SKU management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and crossfunctional collaboration skills.
- High proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and merchandising tools, including SAP.
- Fluent English with proven ability to lead teams and thrive in a fastpaced environment.
