For this Merge & Acquisition Advisor position:
The M&A Advisor will primarily be responsible for Target Sourcing and Deal Execution, and M&A Advisory services.
Key Responsibilities:
Target Sourcing & Outreach
- Based on investor needs, you will actively search for, contact, and evaluate potential target companies, focusing on strategic fit, financial health, and growth potential.
- Oversee the cold call team, ensuring they meet targets for long-list creation, cold calling, and bulk email campaigns.
- Correspond with target companies to secure essential information, such as audited financial statements.
- Use networking, market research, and industry events to independently identify new M&A opportunities.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key business partners, including investment banks, intermediary firms, and other advisors.
- Collaborate closely with partners to source potential investors, negotiate transaction terms, and help facilitate the final deal execution.
M&A Consulting
- Consult with M&A clients throughout the entire process, efficiently collecting all required data.
- Prepare critical deliverables, including valuations, Information Memorandums, and Non-name sheets.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in M&A consulting firm
- Exhibit integrity and discretion when handling all confidential information.
- Good command in English and Thai
