Job Description
Responsibilities: As an Autonomous Robotics Practitioner, you will be responsible for deploying solutions that optimize functions related to the architecture, strategy, and integration of industrial robotic systems with Enterprise Resource Planning, Manufacturing Execution System, Manufacturing Operations Systems, and Inventory Management platforms. You will work with clients and customers on solutions that connect devices, machines, and traditional manufacturing infrastructure and platforms. You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively, make team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions. You will also provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams. Master proficiency in Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) is required. Master proficiency in Manufacturing Operations is recommended. Expert proficiency in Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE Platform APRISO, Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE APRISO Customization, and Manufacturing Engineering MES is suggested.
Develop innovative strategies to enhance the integration of robotic systems within existing manufacturing frameworks.
Lead workshops and training sessions to educate team members on the latest advancements in manufacturing execution systems.
Analyze data from robotic systems to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and project execution.
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement in manufacturing processes.
QUALIFICATION 1. Bachelor s Degree in a related engineering discipline electrical, mechatronics, mechanical, industrial or production engineering 2. Minimum 7 years relevant MES MOM design implementation, preferably with consultancy and hands on experience, e.g., Siemens Opcenter, DELMIA Apriso, etc. 3. Good understanding of automation, SCADA and PLC systems 4. Strong industry knowledge in either continuous or discrete manufacturing 5. Experience in the system integration between MES ERP OT systems, preferably together with APS and WMS, e.g., OPC, MQTT, API or middleware 6. Experience in creating process for workload automation, mainframe reports and reconciliation, including troubleshooting and analyzing workload automation processes 7. Experience in IoT Manufacturing, Manufacturing Excellence and Digital Workforce 8. Familiarity with digital twin, predictive maintenance or data analytics for manufacturing 9. Exposure to robotics integration or industrial automation networks Profinet, Modbus, etc. . 10. Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles or shop floor optimization methodologies 11. Experience in Design Thinking and Agile approaches with ability to ensure the project success on time and within budget 12. Ability to work with shop floor people at client sites 13. Strong skills in developing and presenting clear and concise solution briefings 14. Exceptionally strong verbal and written communication skills with both Thai and English required 15. Good interpersonal and organizational skills
