We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Plant Head to lead end-to-end plant operations for a large-scale manufacturing facility in Thailand.
This leadership role will be responsible for driving operational excellence across production, maintenance, utilities, logistics, and administration while ensuring strict compliance with Thai regulatory frameworks.
The incumbent will act as the primary bridge between the plant and Corporate Office, ensuring performance alignment, operational discipline, and sustainable manufacturing efficiency.
Role Scope
Manage complete plant operations including production, maintenance, utilities, logistics, and general administration.
Optimize production processes to improve yield, energy efficiency, and cost control.
Lead customer, regulatory, and certification audits ensuring full compliance readiness.
Ensure adherence to Thai industrial safety, environmental, and labor regulations.
Drive operational governance, reporting structures, and performance tracking mechanisms.
Coordinate and liaise effectively between plant operations and Corporate Office.
Build and lead high-performing production, maintenance, and QA teams.
Implement continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience
1518 years of experience in manufacturing/industrial operations.
Proven track record of leading large-scale plant operations.
Experience managing cross-functional teams including Production, Maintenance, Utilities, Logistics, and QA.
Strong exposure to regulatory compliance, safety standards, and plant audits.
Experience in chemical, industrial, or process manufacturing environments preferred.
