Job Role: Metal Sales Representative
Job Location: Remote (Visit Customers all over Thailand)

Responsibilities
1. Sales Development:
- Identify and target potential clients in various industries, including aerospace, automotive, construction, electronics, and manufacturing.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
2. Client Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing exceptional service and support.
- Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure timely delivery of products and services.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to assess client satisfaction and explore opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
3. Product Knowledge:
- Gain in-depth knowledge of our metal products, including steel, aluminum, stainless steel, and other alloys.
- Provide technical information and guidance to clients on product specifications, applications, and benefits.
- Stay updated on industry developments and advancements to effectively communicate product advantages.
4. Sales Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and sales pipeline status.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
5. Collaboration:
- Work closely with the marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with company goals.
- Participate in trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities to enhance company visibility and generate leads.
- Provide feedback on market conditions and customer preferences to assist in product development and pricing strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, Metals, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the metal industry or a related field.
- Strong understanding of metal products, their applications, and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in Thai & English is required/ highly advantageous.
- No Visa/ Work Permit is provided.
- Willingness to travel within Thailand.
