Position Overview:
ZWSOFT(SSE: 688083) is a reliable provider of all-in-one CAx (CAD/CAM/CAE) solutions including soft-developed 2D CAD: ZWCAD and 3D CAD/CAM/CAE: ZW3D. Since 1998, ZWSOFT has been providing its products to over 1,400,000 users in AEC and MFG industries from more than 90 countries and regions. To support our fast-growing business in the region, we are seeking CAD Technical Support Engineer/Technical Sales Engineer to provide pre-sale, after-sale technical services to end-users and reseller channels, vocational education in Thailand.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Technical Enablement & Training – Develop and execute training and assessment programs to enhance pre-sales and post-sales capabilities for local partners in Thailand on products such as ZW3D and ZWCAD. Establish tracking records to monitor progress and empower partner growth.
- Post-Sales Support & SOP Extension – Create post-sales solutions and provide product training for end customers in manufacturing (MFG) industry of Thailand, targeting products including ZW3D and ZWCAD, to help customer apply ZW3D and ZWCAD successfully. And finally Enable to the Local Partner like Point 1.
- Product Application, Implementation & SOP Extension – Lead the deployment of ZW3D, ZWCAD, and related products for KA accounts in Thailand, including product onboarding, application training, and after-sales guidance. Coordinate with additional technical and R&D resources as needed to ensure successful implementation for local key accounts. And finally Enable to the Local Partner like Point 1.
- Localization of Technical Resources – Adapt headquarters standard technical resources to fit the specific characteristics of the Thai market, and develop local industry solutions, among other localization initiatives.
- Marketing Event Support – Provide technical support for marketing and promotional campaigns for ZW3D, ZWCAD, and other products in Thailand. This includes identifying product highlights and value points tailored to local market needs, and collaborating with the marketing department to produce promotional materials.
- Team Mission Collaboration – Collaborate with colleagues in teamwork to achieve the common target.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Education: Bachelor's degree or above in manufacturing-related disciplines such as Mechanical Manufacturing and Automation, Mold Design and Manufacturing, Electrical and Electronics, or other relevant fields.
- Technical Capability: 2-5 years of professional experience applying CAD, CAE, and CAM software—particularly mainstream 3D CAD design software such as SolidWorks, Siemens NX, PTC Creo, Autodesk Inventor, and Solid Edge—in mechanical design, mold design, or related engineering disciplines. Prior experience with IT, CAD, CAE, or CAM vendors—including principals, distributors, and resellers—is highly desirable.
- Competencies: Strong communication and proposal writing skills, a collaborative team spirit, a passion for knowledge sharing, and the willingness to take on challenges.Experience in project management and implementation is a plus.
- Language Skills: Good English and Native Thai communication skills. Proficiency in Chinese is an advantage.
- Other Requirements:
a)Ability to accommodate moderate-frequency business travel.
b)Owning a vehicle is a plus.
