Job Overview
TE Connectivity is seeking a
Manager, Facilities & Utilities to lead facility operations, utilities management, and plant expansion projects in Chonburi, Thailand. This role is responsible for overseeing facility infrastructure, maintenance, construction, space planning, vendor management, utilities, safety compliance, and business continuity while supporting the company's growth and operational excellence.
Job Requirements
- Lead facility operations, maintenance, and infrastructure management across the site.
- Manage plant expansion projects, construction activities, and facility upgrades.
- Oversee utilities, HVAC systems, communication networks, and building services.
- Manage budgets, contracts, suppliers, and external service providers.
- Develop long-term facility plans, capital projects, and space utilization strategies.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
- Lead preventive maintenance programs, facility audits, and disaster recovery planning.
- Manage facility teams and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
What Your Background Should Look Like
Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field.
Qualification or certification in Safety, Environmental, Mechanical, Chemical, or related disciplines is an advantage.
Minimum 10 years of experience in facilities management, manufacturing, or plant setup environments.
At least 5 years of leadership experience managing teams and large-scale facility operations.
Strong knowledge of facility infrastructure, utilities, construction, and maintenance management.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, and team leadership skills.
