Responsibilities
- Monitor attendance, process payroll, and administer employee benefits and welfare policies in accordance with company regulations.
- Handle Social Insurance, Health Insurance, Unemployment Insurance and other related employee procedures.
- Maintain and update employee data and prepare periodic C&B reports as required.
- Conduct onboarding and orientation programs, ensuring new employees understand company policies, procedures, and culture.
- Manage, update, and maintain employee records and labor contracts accurately, completely, and confidentially.
- Track periodic employee evaluation milestones, including 2-month, 6-month, and 1-year reviews, as well as other evaluation cycles.
- Coordinate performance reviews, consolidate results, and prepare accurate and objective HR reports.
- Participate in developing and improving employee evaluation processes and HR policies in line with the company's needs.
- Perform other C&B and HR-related tasks as assigned by the Manager.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in C&B, preferably with experience in a technology/IT company.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and other tools used for C&B operations.
- Strong HR mindset with a genuine focus on employee experience and a people-oriented approach.
- Good communication skills; careful, tactful, and professional in handling employee-related matters.
- Strong listening skills with the ability to understand and respond appropriately to employees needs and concerns.
- Proactive, responsible, agile, hardworking, and willing to learn.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle tasks flexibly and effectively.
