About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Migration Designer (Analyst) to lead critical data migration initiatives across CRM and Order Management (OM) systems. This role requires deep expertise in data migration strategy, data quality, and telecom domain systems. You will play a key role in ensuring seamless, accurate, and efficient migration of complex datasets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead data profiling and assessment of source systems
- Design and implement data cleansing and transformation rules
- Develop reconciliation and validation frameworks to ensure data integrity
- Define and execute end-to-end migration strategies
- Collaborate with business, IT, and stakeholders to align migration goals
- Identify risks, issues, and mitigation strategies during migration cycles
- Ensure adherence to data quality standards and best practices
Required Experience & Skills
- 10+ years of experience in data migration consulting
- Strong background in data quality, cleansing, and validation techniques
- Hands-on experience with CRM and telecom billing systems migration
- Expertise in data mapping, transformation logic, and reconciliation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, onsite delivery environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in large-scale telecom transformation programs
- Familiarity with ETL tools and data migration platforms
- Strong stakeholder communication and consulting skills
